About the place We are looking for you as a team leader Operations Management (all genders) in the field of energy-economic market communication and billing at our location in Leipzig.

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Operations Management team in the Accounting and Controlling department with the focus on energy accounting and market communication and are the first contact person for your team. You are responsible for the design and continuous optimization of the professional process processes in the team, the associated interfaces and their documentation. With your team, you will build the features of the billing system and integrate it into the existing process and IT landscape. Together with the Business & Product Development, Sales Support, Back Office, Accounting, Controlling, Law and IT departments, you are working on product developments in the national and new environment, as well as their system-technical and operational implementation. You develop and maintain the reporting from your area of responsibility to internal and external addressees incl. Statistical reporting and monitoring of internal and external audits

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of energy management, business management or a comparable commercial direction You have multi-year leadership experience, relevant professional experience in energy processes and in the functions billing / accounting You ideally have well-founded knowledge of the legal regulations of the EEG, EnWG, StromStG and UStG as well as regulatory regulations and decisions (e.g. federal network agency). You have a strong process understanding, high IT affinity and project management experience in agile environment Their conceptual thinking and structured action is complemented by a high organizational talent You are team-ready, solution-oriented, strong communication and convince by your safe occurrence You work independently, with high commitment and self-initiative and are resilient You communicate in English and German
