Project development: You identify new locations, develop feasibility studies and develop optimal usage concepts under economic aspects. Contract negotiations: You are part of the negotiating team and take over the preparation and implementation of contract negotiations, especially in lease, lease and sub-let contracts. Project coordination: You are responsible for a smooth start of our construction projects through close exchange with internal and external interfaces. Special projects: You conduct various special projects in the real estate sector and successfully complete them.

A completed study in the real estate sector, city/space planning, civil engineering, BWL or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in commercial real estate development, ideally in the healthcare or social real estate sector. Generalistic skills, as well as first leadership experience in a comparable environment. Excellent business understanding and structured, solution-oriented work. Sovereign appearance, organisational and negotiation skills as well as pronounced communication skills. Founded computer skills, in particular very good Excel and MS Office skills. readiness to travel abroad
