Project Manager in Track Construction (m/f/d)

Project planning and control: Development and monitoring of project plans in compliance with dates, budget and resources Coordination of construction processes: control and coordination of all project participants, such as engineers, construction companies and suppliers Communication with clients and authorities: Ensuring clear communication and regular reporting to all stakeholders Safety and quality management: Responsibility for compliance with all safety guidelines, standards and quality requirements at the construction site Risk management: identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation measures Cost control and budget management: monitoring of project costs and compliance with the budget, including the introduction of corrective measures for deviations Documentation and reporting: Creating and maintaining project documents and regular status reports Personal responsibility and leadership: Head of the project team and support of the team members Planning and control of the progress of construction: monitoring of the construction schedule and ensuring timely progress Technical support and problem-solving: technical support and solution of unforeseen problems during the construction phase

Complete studies in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on transport infrastructure and Railway construction or comparable training Professional experience in track construction, ideally project management or construction monitoring, with detectable project references Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VOB, RIL 804, EBO) and safety in the handling of web-specific standards and regulations Project management competencies including time/cost control and resource planning Safe handling of construction planning and documentation software (e.g. iTWO, SOG, etc.) Communication and team skills to successfully interact with different stakeholders Experience with safety management systems, in particular in rail safety readiness for travel activities and timely flexible work (weekend or night shifts)
