Buyer Raw Material (m/f/d)

You plan and control the procurement of our raw materials in the field of cucumbers and cabbage and ensure that quality, quantities and dates are reliably matched. You are the central contact person for our producers and suppliers and design a partnership cooperation along the entire supply chain. You coordinate cultivation, delivery and purchase planning, keep contracts, certificates and appointments in mind and support in negotiations. You agree closely with production, work preparation and receipt of goods and ensure a smooth flow of goods from field to work. You accompany the cultivated areas by field visits, coordinate harvesting periods and support variety and practical experiments. You check raw material qualities, process deviations and complaints, maintain relevant data in SAP and create evaluations, key figures and supplier reviews.

You have a completed commercial, agricultural or food-related training or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring experience in purchasing, disposition, agriculture, food production or raw materials procurement. You have the necessary seasonal flexibility and willingness to use in order to reliably accompany the growing of vegetables in intensive harvesting and cultivation phases. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications as well as ERP systems, ideally SAP. You communicate safely with producers, suppliers and internal interfaces and bring negotiation skills. You work structured, reliable and independent and keep an overview even in dynamic phases.
