Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You care and manage personal data carefully and in compliance with data protection regulations. You take over the general correspondence and support the team in the personal department's daily business. You prepare meaningful evaluations on request and prepare them clearly and understandably. You support the implementation, coordination and documentation of operational integration management (BEM). You organize and coordinate hotel bookings for employees as part of business trips and periods of incorporation. You participate in the planning, organisation and implementation of personnel development measures. You'll start qualified work certificates and give the appropriate templates. You work confidently with executives as well as internal and external contacts.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. You bring up current professional experience in personal care. You are characterized by a high number affinity and a careful and analytical way of working. Safe handling of MS Office (especially EXCEL) is a matter of course for you. You like working in the team and you can structure yourself well. Your stand-alone work, discretion, flexibility and a pronounced service orientation are all yours. Your good German skills (min C1 level) complete your profile.
