You advise and accompany seriously ill and dying people as well as their relatives and are the first respondent in the hospice service You coordinate the deployments of our volunteers and supporters and ensure a reliable operational planning You guide and moderate volunteer groups and support the volunteers in their practice You maintain and develop networks with health and social services You document the accompaniments and perform organisational and administrative tasks
