To meet our high standards every day, we look forward to your medical expertise at the Clinic for Neurology. The Department of Neurology covers the entire spectrum of neurological diseases. In our diagnostic areas, specialized outpatient clinics, daily clinics, stations as well as the certified Stroke unit and the neurological intensive care unit, patients receive comprehensive, individual and guideline care.

Our team combines outstanding medical expertise, professional care and a modern, powerful medical-technical equipment. In diagnostics and therapy, we work closely with other disciplines of the UKM. This interdisciplinary cooperation allows quick, well-founded decisions across specialist boundaries and ensures that we can offer the most modern treatment options even in complex neurological diseases.

The clinic has several active research groups and is involved in a variety of research alliances of the Medical Faculty of Münster. This provides a dynamic scientific environment in which innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches are continuously developed.

Medical Responsibility and Supervision in a Department of Neurology Technical support and further development of stationary and outpatient supply structures Training, guidance and supervision of assistant physicians and interprofessional teams Working together on the strategic development of the clinic and the patient-oriented processes Participation in clinical studies, scientific projects and courses of the Faculty of Medicine Participation in the medical call and standby service

Complete training as a specialist (gn*) for neurology Insufficient clinical experience in the neurological field, ideally with upper medical activity or appropriate skills Project experience with economy and portfolio management in healthcare Leadership and communication skills and joy in team work Scientific interest and willingness to participate in research and teaching High motivation to actively shape modern neurological patient care at a university clinic
