Responsibility: Management, motivation and targeted further development of the building managers (m/w/d) as well as need-oriented deployment and training planning Construction site and project management: Ensuring a quality, time and cost-appropriate construction performance while complying with guidelines and safety regulations and coordination of personnel resources Interface and Conflict Management: Central interface between site management, technical management, construction site personnel, contractors and authorities as well as early detection and resolution of bottlenecks and conflict situations Strategic further development: Optimization of processes and standards in track and civil engineering with focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, schedule and work safety Mobility: Your personal vehicle for reasonable comfort on your operations and for private use

Qualification: Complete study in the field of civil engineering or a technician or Master training with experience in track construction Experience: Deep knowledge of railway construction, VOB and relevant railway standards Mobility: Class B driving licence required, availability for occasional day-care travel Softskills: Communication strength and organizational skills
