Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As Operations Manager m/w/d, you take a key role in the operational control. Your main tasks include: Planning, implementation and optimization of the operating processes in the operating department. Management of personnel deployment planning and procurement. Tracking the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and creating operating reports. Management of employees (a team of 15 employees, including 4 team management) and provision of training/further training. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

We are looking for an experienced leader who meets the following criteria: Bachelor degree in an economic field or comparable commercial training (e.g. industrial/exporter/wife). Detectable experience in operational management, preferably in small or medium-sized enterprises. Leadership experience with teams of at least 15 employees. Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. High self-employment and the ability to strategic decision-making. Very good ERP knowledge (especially SAP) and safe handling of MS Office. Basic knowledge of German business regulations and labour law. Flowing German and English skills complete your profile.
