For a successful mechanical engineering company in Haldenwang near Kempten we are now looking for an assistant (m/w/d) in the roll coating.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring and controlling product quality during production
• Set up and fill coating and welding systems for different rollers
• equip metering systems and adjust machine parameters
• Change and replacement of wear parts
• Compliance with order and standards according to the 5S principle
• Execution of cleaning work on suction, grinding and welding systems
• Production of coated rolls (e.g. with adhesive and sand)
• Manufacturing of welded rollers
