Support customer support - You accompany the service management in daily communication with customers and gain insight into the role as a central contact person around our systems. Supporting team of technicians in the field - you are occasionally on the go with our service technicians and get a realistic picture of the technical processes on site. Get to know team leadership - You are watching how a team of 7-10 technicians is managed and growing step by step into responsible tasks. Secure maintenance portfolio - You support the preparation of customer appointments, documentation and analyses that are important for securing our maintenance portfolio. Preparing offers - you will participate in the creation of offers for repairs, minimizations and maintenance contracts.

Current commercial or technical studies Regular presence in the Garching service centre German language skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Own-responsible, planned, sales- and customer-oriented operation Quick conception, reliability and team orientation
