Discipline and professional leadership of a 10-member team Monitoring, safety and organisation of occupational safety Organisation/document/control of assigned projects and construction projects until the completion of the settlement Responsibility for the participation of months, quarters and annual accounts Representation of business interests vis-à-vis the customer as well as after-contractors/ suppliers Control of subcontractors, suppliers incl. Graduate degree in Civil Engineering Multiannual experience in the role of Deputy Team Leader or in a comparable position You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint; further IT skills are advantageous You are reliable and work solution-oriented You are resilient, flexible, communicative and a real team player
