Sustainability report 2025 Your tasks • Cross-site design and management of the packaging development sector • Development and implementation of a future-oriented packaging strategy taking into account costs, sustainability and innovation • Close cooperation with purchasing (cost optimization, supplier strategy), sales, production and external partners and suppliers • Development of innovative primary and secondary packaging for cosmetic products • Control of development projects – from the concept phase to prototypes to series maturity • Integration and continuous development of sustainable packaging solutions (e.g. sustainable packaging, design for recycling, use of recycled materials and monomaterials) • Preparation and further development of the product range with regard to regulatory requirements (e.g. PPWR, recycling quotas)

Your profile • Successfully completed study in the field of packaging technology, plastics technology or a comparable subject • Multiannual professional experience in packaging development, ideally in the cosmetics industry • Very good technical understanding for materials such as plastics, cardboard and glass as well as for decoration technologies • Knowledge of filling processes and production requirements • Embossed communication strength, innovative capacity and strategic thinking • Multiannual experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams
