Controller / Project Manager RIB iTWO (m/f/d)

Creating, maintaining and continuously developing cost structures in RIB iTWO (cost estimate, cost calculation, cost control, forecasting). Implementation of cost control over all project phases (release, assessment, depreciation and reconciliation) including target-actual comparisons and trend analyses. Maintenance of the audit and follow-up management in iTWO, including plausibility, audit and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Preparation and evaluation of project-related key figures and derivation of control pulses. Creation and maintenance of project-related reporting (monthly reports, dashboards, cost status reports) based on iTWO data. Ensuring data quality within iTWO (system care, variants, awarding units, batch approaches, scale structures). Participation in the development of digital processes in HBG's cost and project management

Very good knowledge of RIB iTWO, in particular in the areas of cost planning, billing, scale, contract data and reporting; safe handling of MS‐Office, ideally with MS-Project. A successfully completed study of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering, business management or a comparable field of expertise, as well as an equivalent qualification without academic completion (study) proven by relevant professional experience. Multiannual experience in the cost or project controlling of construction projects, preferably in public construction. Funded knowledge in audit, cost tracking and contract management. Embossed analytical and networked thinking, high understanding and a structured, result-oriented working style. Safe and binding occurrence against internal and external project partners as well as communication strength in word and writing. High readiness for learning and training, in particular with regard to digital tools, process optimization and operational standards. Ability to effectively handle multiple parallel tasks and complex project requirements
