The training of street guards is versatile and varied. For example, you control the roadways, protection planks and bridges for damage, repair and asphaltierst. In addition, you take care of the greenery and drive for a free ride on our motorways in winter. Motorway without driving licence? Not with us! Therefore, during your training, you will receive a driving licence of classes B (car), C and CE ( truck with trailer). More information? You will learn the practice on the Kist motorway championship. You will learn the theory at the Josef-Greising-Schule in Würzburg and at the BauindustrieZentrum training center in Nuremberg-Wetzendorf, where you will also be well prepared for your exams and completion of your training. The training is completed with an IHK exam.

You will receive a good training allowance according to our domestic contract 1st year: 1.293.26 Euro / 2. Year: 1.343.20 Euro / 3. Year: 1.389.02 Euro, an annual special payment and a final premium. You will get 30 + 1 day of annual leave and a paid allowance for exam preparation. We will pay you the licenses of Classes B (Pkw), C and CE (Lkw with trailer) after the trial period.
