Project Manager - Robotics and Automation (m/f/d)

Control of several subproject managers:inside and external partners within the projects as well as professional leadership of the Robotics and Automation team Head of complex technology projects for the automation of manufacturing processes in the field of operations, including the development of long-term robotics and automation strategies up to the productive introduction Responsibility for the project portfolio in the field of robotics and automation, development of the strategic roadmap and coordination with head departments as well as cross-departmental interfaces (IT, engineering, purchasing, controlling) Implementation of complex problem analyses, development of solutions and application of agile project and change management methods to comply with time, cost and quality requirements Initiation of independent risk measures, coordination of organisational development and the adoption of the interface function between production and specialist areas

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical and information technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable subject area Technology and Robotic Competence: pronounced affinity and comprehensive expertise in robot and automation technology as well as proven experience in the selection, specification, design, implementation and commissioning of robot applications in the production environment - ideally with FANUC systems Experience in managing large, complex technology and change projects and managing external partners IPMA level C certification or comparable training and safe application of the associated tools High sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility, reliability Self-employed, structured working and strong team and communication skills, including very good oral and written expressions
