Programming as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) and use CNC milling machines and manufacturing precise individual parts according to technical drawing.

Self-programming, setting up and operating CNC milling machines. Create, customize and optimize CNC programs directly at the Heidenhain Control. Precise production of demanding individual parts and small series by technical drawing. Continuous quality control of the workpieces with common measuring and testing means including documentation. Active monitoring of processing processes and independent implementation of tool change. Maintenance and minor maintenance work on the assigned Machines.

A successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic m/w/d) of the field of milling technology or a comparable qualification. Knowledge in the programming and operation of Heidenhain controls. Experience in dealing with large components and the noise of heavy Workpieces are of great advantage.
