Recording and pre-configuration of input and output accounts Preparation of bank and cash bookings Care and coordination of debitor, creditor and property accounts Examination of input invoices for formal and factual accuracy Preparation and transmission of documents to the tax office Support in the creation of sales tax forecasts and relevant statistical reports Conducting and tuning the cash register Creation of payment suggestions and support in payment processing Support in Mahnhood (preparing payment reminders and reminders) Collection and pre-configuration of travel cost accounting Participation in the maintenance of contract and time limits Communication with suppliers, customers and internal departments on accounting topics Participation in monthly and annual accounts (according to HGB) in consultation with the external tax office Interface to tax advisors or auditors as well as internal departments

Completed training to/from account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company Finded knowledge of DATEV, preferably DATEV company online and MS Office Knowledge of SAGE of advantage Structured, independent operation and high reliability Team skills and responsibility Identification with social topics and common good
