Your tasks:- Execution of painter, masonry, flooring, façade and cleaning work- Improvement of insurance damage- Modernization of housing- Implementation of individual repairs, insurance damages or modernization of apartments in the inhabited and uninhabited state- Independently editing all relevant painter activities in our residential objects painting, wallpapering, painting and walking works-painting of doors and radiators- assessment and removal of mold documentation of orders and ordering materials

Your profile:- Complete vocational training in the factory painter and painter or in a comparable factory experience in the maintenance of residential real estate desirable- flexibility, commitment and independent work--customer-friendly and competent appearance- driving license class B
