During your training You all commercial areas such as sales, marketing, purchasing, reporting and supply chain management, as well as human resources management and thus accompany our products from the economic side

You learn to identify the needs of our products, to dispose them and to process them equally correctly. You will learn how to build and run our entire supply chain. From production planning to warehouse to delivery

Your colleagues will show you how to take into account the different packaging units and the subtleties of the product at your work

You will gain insights into the cooperation with national trade and with international customers and discover how modern e-commerce strategies revolutionise sales and make your first skills for your negotiation skills

We will show you how to execute, process and communicate with our suppliers

You will also gain insights into our financial sector, from the collection of receivables and liabilities to the creation and compliance of budgets

You are part of our team throughout the entire training period and fully integrated into our processes

You have completed the school with a good school or a very good school degree

You should be fit in German and English, as we value a good way of expression and Melitta is traveling around the world, so that you can run a phone call sometimes in English or write English emails. With good grades in Mathe, cost calculations get easier from your hand
