The Social Psychiatric Service Neukölln is looking for expertly-competent and engaged doctors for the psychiatric care of people, mental and social crises, mental illnesses and people with mental disabilities, their relatives and social environments. Your tasks include: You communicate in crisis situations and make technical decisions according to the Psychic-Kranken-Gesetz (PsychKG) and in matters of the care law within the framework of the regular emergency service You perform medical tasks within the framework of the social psychiatry and draw up expert opinions You are responsible for the placement of appropriate social-psychiatric aids and the assessments in the context of integration aid, assistance for care and in terms of additional and special needs. You take part in the medical readiness of weekends and holidays and in this context carry out accommodation to PsychKG Furthermore, the granting of a skilled worker allowance is examined. Notes: The work area is linked to service and speaking times and to a standby service. Special psychiatric skills and a wide range of social psychiatry knowledge are required for this group of persons. Consultation, support and assistance are not carried out after uniform work, but must be re-assessed in every individual situation, whether in the speaking time, at home visits or at the help plan conferences. Recognizing and analyzing complex problems with particularly difficult clientele requires well-founded knowledge of basic and multiple diagnostics, in order to evaluate targeted advice and assistance, or I would like to ask the Commission to take the necessary steps to ensure that this is done. This requires a high psychological resilience, psychological stability and sense of responsibility.
