Basic qualifications

• Degree of study
• Leadership experience
• Relevant experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues and executives
• Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to justify business decisions
• Advanced English and German knowledge in word and writing Preferred qualifications
• Experience in working with Lean, Six-Sigma and Kaizen methods
• Experience with work in another logistics environment
• Experience in working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

About the team With the fulfillment of our customer orders (Customer Fulfillment or CF) everything started for Amazon. The Customer Fulfillment Team has now changed from a team of book retailers: to a high-performance global team that handles more than 1.5 million orders every day. The team is the basis of our business and has helped us broaden into new regions and services. With the help of emerging technology, we are constantly looking for ways to offer a larger and better product selection – which is delivered quickly and inexpensively.

The CF team members ensure that our customers receive their orders at the speed we are known for. We work in filling centers that form the heart of Amazon's dynamic operating network. Our full-filment centers are sometimes also referred to as the “first mile” (First Mile) – here most Amazon packages start their shipping route. We support the management of a dynamic stock and enable quick delivery around the clock.

A wide range of staff groups are employed in our filling centres. There are numerous possibilities for people with a variety of skills. Some of us work with physical products. Others analyse data and help make smart decisions across the company. .
