Responsible control and coordination of HKLS projects in the performance phases 2 to 8 according to HOAI Monitoring of construction and coordination and control of contractors in the field of technical building equipment Creation, testing and maintenance of project and revision documentation including security certificates Technical advice and support of customers as well as project participants in technical and organizational issues Budget control, follow-up management and auditing and approval of invoices and acceptances

Technical studies of utility technology, building technology or technical building equipment Alternatively, a further development to the technician/master in the field of HKLS, heating construction or comparable to previous technical training Experience in project coordination, project management or construction monitoring of HKLS or TGA projects Knowledge of CAD and AVA applications, HKLS calculation software and MS Office Good knowledge of German at least C1 level as well as a structured and customer-oriented manner
