Project Manager (f/m/d) Facility Management

As project manager Facility Management, you take responsibility for a demanding object and ensure smooth technical operation. You work closely with your team, our customers and specialist departments. Technical & commercial management: overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance and modernization of building systems as well as budget planning and reporting. Project management: organisation and implementation of modernization and special projects – from planning to successful acceptance. Team management: management and technical guidance of a team of home technicians and masters, including deployment planning and development of employees. Customer support: Central contact for our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships. Maintenance & maintenance: Planning, coordination and control of maintenance and repair measures. Offer and contracting: participation in costing, offering and contract processing in cooperation with the commercial colleagues.

You bring expertise, experience and leadership to successfully master the technical and organizational challenges of this position: Completed degree as a Dipl. -Ingenieur (Electro/MSR with focus on building automation) or a comparable qualification At least 2 years of professional experience in the maintenance and operation of building equipment At least 1 year experience as an object team leader or assistant lead in a comparable environment Funded knowledge of HKLS, electrical engineering, MSR/building automation, security, news and energy technology Responsible electrical engineering specialist for building technology, climate technology, NEA, USV systems, transfer switches and MSR technology Switching permission up to 30 kV as well as detailed knowledge in electrical engineering, grid replacement systems/diesel, USV systems, climate technology and fire protection Experience in personnel management as well as in operational and commercial management Very good knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and accident prevention regulations Safe handling of computer systems, very good knowledge of German in word and writing Communication strength, enforcement capacity and secure, binding occurrence High service orientation, economic thinking and awareness of health and environmental protection
