We advise, design and implement, always with regard to business requirements, quality and sustainable effect. To support our team, we are looking for motivated interns who not only want to get to know HR but to actively shape it. These challenges include: As an intern in HR Consulting, you work closely with experienced HR consultants and support them in their diverse roles:
- Support for strategic HR and organisational work: Cooperation in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of HR and organisational projects
Support for conceptual tasks (e.g. organisational design, role and task descriptions, HR concepts)
Creation of decision bases, presentations and management documents
- Sparringspartner*in & Organisational Development: Support in the development and revision of target images, role models and process descriptions
