Advice: You take over the technical and technical advice of municipalities in the introduction, configuration and use of new specialist software. Customizing: You analyze and design specific requirements of users:inside and adapt these to the specialist software as well as related processes. Project management: You take over the (partial) project management for the migration and introduction of our solutions to the customer. actively shape our strategic projects at regional and local level. Digitization: You support the digitalization of construction administrations and contribute to future topics in the field of AI, digital twin and BIM. Application integration: You create interfaces to our diverse applications, services and data within and outside the building sector and help citizens: to use administrative processes digitally. Customer support: You also serve our customers after the successful introduction of software, work in the organization and implementation, including customer events, and visit trade fairs as well as national working circles.

Qualification: You have a degree in administration and construction, a completed training as an administrative specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable training background incl. Professional experience with. Expertise: You have comprehensive IT skills and ideally experience in the handling of software in the field of tendering, awarding and billing, and/or the PROSOZ construction permit software. IT-Affinity and Methodology Competence: You have a strong interest in information technology and show the willingness to work in new IT topics and project management tools. Responsibility and organisational talent: You are motivated, act independently and proactively design organisational tasks with the aim of ensuring project success.
