In this position, you define the strategic roadmap for operations and actively integrate them into long-term business planning. By establishing an integrated operating model and clear make-or-buy strategies, you will ensure our future competitiveness. You create transparency about technological competencies and control capacity planning and sales & operations planning (S&OP). With the establishment of resilient data structures and resilience concepts, you can ensure the technological ability to act even in times of crisis. You identify initiatives through benchmarking and translate them into strategic policy templates.

You have a degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, as well as several years of professional experience in industrial management, sales & operations planning or strategy consulting. Ideally, you bring leadership experience in development, manufacturing, supply chain management (SCM) or quality management (QM). Thanks to your expertise in industrial value chains, you are familiar with capacity and location planning as well as make-or-buy decisions. You are experienced in clearing up complex relationships, developing operating models and actively accompanying change processes. A structured way of working, high analytical skills and fluent knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
