You will check whether planning drawings are technically conclusive and economically feasible, thereby ensuring that each of your home calculations is based on loadable foundations. ASSESSMENT WITH SYSTEM: You create precise cost calculations for turnkey construction, in particular for one- and two-family houses and various special buildings such as e.g. garage or parts In doing so, check and optimize the planning of the offer in a technical and economic manner In close coordination with internal specialist areas such as statics, building technology and architecture, you will independently clarify details on specific construction specifications, dimensions or static measures Your technical and economic review helps you to ensure that our construction projects are implemented smoothly

Complete technical or technical training with additional qualification as master (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d), ideally with first experience in the field of costing, planning or building The handling of costing or planning software is not strange to you, and you are interested in working on new systems.
