Senior Team Leader / Senior Line Manager Production – Medical Technology

For our team we are looking for a Senior Line Manager (m/w/d) for the long-term refuelling layer in the field of cleaning & packaging at the next possible time. In this position, you take over the leadership of a motivated team and contribute significantly to the optimization of our production and delivery processes. The position is also provided as a strategic development step within our talent pool for future area leaders – ideal for personalities with leadership experience and potential for further responsibility.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a motivated team in the field of cleaning & packaging Management of Line Managers and Responsibility for Cross-Historical Coordination of Production Lines Ensuring 100% delivery capability while maintaining quality and cost targets Own-sponsored management of (partial) projects for process optimization and increase of efficiency Optimization and design of the material and information flow with internal and external interfaces Analysis of performance indicators and implementation of improvement measures Application of modern lean methods and structured problem-solving approaches for continuous process improvement Ensuring open and transparent communication between shopfloor and management Responsibility for recruiting, onboarding and targeted training of employees Acquisition of deputy management (leading range > 100 MA)

Required qualifications: Complete study with technical background ideally mechanical engineering, production technology, process engineering or medical technology Reliable professional experience - preferably in a regulated production environment (medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive) First experience in leadership of teams or willingness to take over leadership responsibility Experience in managing (partial) projects and cross-functional cooperation Embossed analytical skills and safe handling of key figures Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a high degree of self-responsibility Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of lean management and coaching methods Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MFG/Pro) and digital evaluation and planning tools Experience in regulated cleaning and packaging processes
