Field Planner Service & New Machines (m/f/d)

In this central interface function, you plan and coordinate the worldwide use of our staff for service applications, commissioning and new machine and project assembly. You work closely with project management, engineering, production and service to ensure optimal utilization and smooth running of our customer projects. Efficient planning and coordination of service, assembly and commissioning operations in the national and international environment Application planning of internal employees taking into account qualifications, availability and project requirements Coordination with project management, engineering, production and service to implement customer projects in line with the deadline and budget Resource and Capacity Planning Support for New Machine Projects and Service Operations Organisation and coordination of travel, visas, accommodation and required application documents Ensuring technical and organizational deployment preparation for assembly and service personnel Reaction to short-term changes, disturbances or priority shifts in the project and service business Monitoring of utilisation and early identification of bottlenecks or free capacity Support in the further development of planning and dispatch processes Contact persons for internal fields and technicians during ongoing operations Ensure that reports and information are distributed and processed internally after the operations

Technical or commercial technical training, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Experience in operational planning, disposition, assembly coordination or technical project environment Understanding technical processes in machine and plant engineering Ideally experience in the service or assembly environment with traveling staff Organizational design with structured and solution-oriented working High resilience and ability to keep track of short-term changes Safe handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge of field service management or planning systems of advantage Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external contact persons German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
