Disruption/Customizing/Further Development and Design of Processes in the Area of SAP Charge Billing Germany Self-assessment and implementation of operating agreements and legal requirements in the field of German pay settlement Advising our business partners in the central and specialist areas of Rheinmetall Implementation of annual change activities and legal adjustments Working in Group-wide projects (including Introduction H4S4) Coordination of external service providers Documentation of system landscape and extensions Stabilisation of existing system landscape

Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology, business management or comparable training Professional experience in application management or in a comparable position Deep knowledge of the facts of the German pay bill Comprehensive experience in customizing the SAP pay bill for Germany (incl. schemes/account rules, as well as public authorities and social security funds) Experience in SAP HR forms and H4S4 of advantage Methodological knowledge (ideally with certification) in the fields of project management and ITIL desirable Great interest in building a professional in-house application company and project support Structured, independent and solution-oriented functioning as well as communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Intercultural competence and readiness to travel
