With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium & luxury cars and vans. We are the first contact person on Lean Management (Mercedes-Benz Production System, short: MPS) in the passenger compartment. In the role as an internal training center, we develop training concepts on the subject of lean for the company, conduct advice on training topics and train executives and employees. For the duration of 6 months from March 2026, we offer a Plicht internship in the Team 'MPS Learning Platform''. Our organizational headquarters is located in Untertürkheim, but your work is directly on our practical learning platforms at the Sindelfingen plant or Untertürkheim (Bad Cannstatt). These challenges include: Development of the MPS learning platforms at the Sindelfingen/Untertürkheim plant Development of concepts for creating skills content (including by means of generic artificial intelligence) Design and optimization of web-based trainings and other digital trainings with modern author tools (Moodle, Articulate 360) Design and optimization of individual demonstrators for knowledge transfer on our areas of MPS platforms Support in designing and creating video content The mandatory practice can begin from March 2026.

Course in Media Management, Graphic Design, Communication Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office programs (in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel) Practical knowledge in the use of generic artificial intelligence Knowledge in simple video editing and related programs Team-oriented operation Structured, independent thinking and action Creativity and initiative Cooperationability and fun in dealing with people We look forward to your application!
