You support our new department “Bau/Tiefbau NRW” in the operating daily business and are the first point of contact with administrative topics (e.g. time records, fleet issues) You monitor the costs and revenues of the construction projects and carry out monthly evaluations, as well as the audit independently You are in close contact with the construction and team leaders and assists in ordering and outputting tools and work materials You are an important part of the tendering processes, get suitable offers for us and prepare them for You create and process decision and presentation documents and carry out research activities

You have successfully completed your commercial training and have first professional experience in an assistance and/or specialist function First experience in a construction industry, e.g. gala construction/high construction/low construction, would be desirable, but are not a must You are versed in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications, experiences with SAP are beneficial You work independently, reliably and structured and always have a look for detail You are an organizational institution and keep an overview in the dynamic daily life
