You are responsible for the diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to Windows operating systems, cloud services and Microsoft Azure You answer questions related to Microsoft 365 services, ensure smooth user experience and resolve all related issues You support users in setting up multi-factor authentication and troubleshooting to ensure secure access to corporate resources You resolve problems with mobile phones, including software updates, configuration and connectivity issues You solve hardware problems in computer devices, perform repairs or coordinate warranty services with providers You raise Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems and secure stable internet access for all users You manage user identities and access permissions, and solve related problems for maintaining security protocols

Training in the IT sector and at least 2 years of professional experience in an IT support function that includes the direct support of users and the management of the daily IT business Applicable certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), which demonstrate a fundamental understanding of IT principles and procedures Practical experience with platforms such as SalesForce, ServiceNow, Affectli, AWS, GCP and Office365 to ensure immediate effectiveness in the role Experience in dealing with Agentic AI is desirable Practical experience in providing technical support, sharing valuable insights and improving user experience with various computer devices and tools The proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems and to offer rapid and effective solutions German and English language skills in word and writing (C1) are a must
