Your area of responsibility as a nurse:

• Activation and maintenance of independent life planning through holistic and activating care and care
• Adjustment of care to the patient's health condition
• Attention to the care guidelines
• Create or update documentation and care planning
• Review and preparation of medication
• Development and quality assurance
• compliance with statutory provisions and internal regulations documented in the Quality Management Manual

• A completed training for health and nursing staff or comparable qualifications

• Class B driving licence
