Service Assistant Passenger Guidance

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a temporary worker: on behalf of DB InfraGO AG for a service assistant:in traveler steering(w/m/d) for the Hamburg location. As a temporary worker, you deliver your work in the mentioned business segment while you complete your work relationship with us, the DB Zeitarbeit GmbH.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for managing the travellers within the station
• You support the passengers when loading bicycles, children's cars and luggage
• If necessary, you can help you get in and out
• You also help people with limited mobility at the platform
• You are also responsible for the information and support of travellers in the railway station and at the platform

Your profile:

• First professional experience in retail or service in catering or customer service are of advantage, but no requirement
• Secure, friendly appearance, attention and customer orientation
• ready for shift and weekend work from 8:00 to 20:00, primarily between Thursday and Monday
• Good ways of handling and a well-kept appearance complete your profile
• We can presuppose good German skills with you, English skills are desirable
