For the location in Heidenheim we offer the position of the Project Manager (m/w/d) in the form of the transfer of employees with a deadline until September 2026 with the possibility to extend.

You take over the project management for national and international service projects in the Rail & Marine area. You actively support sales in marketing service products and contribute to increasing market share and sales. You develop project management tools and policies and work on their application. You coordinate communication and negotiations with sales companies, service partners and end customers. You agree on technical, economic and terminological requirements across the project. You examine, comment and negotiate contracts as well as specifications and clarify interfaces. You maintain project management tools and monitor key project key figures such as sales, quality, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. In case of deviations, analyse causes and define appropriate measures in coordination with the project team. To complete the project, run a Lessons-Learned workshop.

You have successfully completed a degree in economic engineering or a comparable qualification. First experience in project management is of advantage. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. The safe handling of MS Office and SAP is of course for you. Local international missions (about 10%) do not pose a problem for you. You convince by a communicative, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.

We pay a collective salary and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement. This rate is between € 45,000 - € 57,200 gross per year. Your employment contract is unlimited. In cooperation with Allianz and the Nuremberg Insurance, we offer an occupational pension scheme.
