Service technician in the Freudenstadt area (m/f/d)

You are immersed in the world of high-pressure cleaners and floor cleaning machines by waiting and repairing these devices directly with our commercial customers (trade, industry). As part of the product groups (high-pressure cleaners, soil cleaning machines, water dispensers and ice-blasters), you will not only carry out safety tests with your know-how, but are also a master in Troubleshooting: You identify sources of error, solve technical disturbances and thus guarantee a smooth further operation. You are the link between technology and service: Your careful online documentation of orders allows you to advance important follow-up activities (such as maintenance contracts) with the customer in consultation with our internal service team.

You have completed an electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics technician, mechatronics technicians) or have an equivalent qualification (e.g. electrical skills). Your professional experience as a maintenance and service technician*in or in assembly or Maintenance makes you a professional in your area. A high level of readiness for travel in your region is of course for you, most of which are home in the evening. Very good German knowledge facilitates communication and documentation.
