You process applications for corporate retirement provision in the corporate customer business and reliably accompany contracts over their entire duration. Own responsibility, you take over the case management in the stock business and process contract changes, for example in the case of employer changes, parental periods or exits. Together with your team, you can help employers, employees and intermediaries as a competent contact person in all matters relating to occupational retirement. With your service-oriented way, you conduct the written and telephone correspondence with our customers and intermediaries professionally, solution-oriented and at eye level. Your expertise is used in the audit of legal and tax issues and thus contributes to a high-quality and legally secure processing. In addition, you actively shape the further development of our processes and introduce ideas to make processes more efficient and customer-friendly.

With your careful and structured way of working, you can keep track of complex issues and high workloads and work reliably and solution-oriented. Communication strength, service orientation and joy in exchange with different contact persons characterize you in everyday professional life. Of course, team spirit, willingness to learn and initiative will bring you along and appreciate a trusting cooperation. You are going to address new issues openly, you are interested in insurance, tax and administrative issues and are happy to work in new fields. You have a completed vocational training as a businessman for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in the handling of insurance contracts, preferably in the company's customer business or in the company's retirement provision. Alternatively, you will bring know-how in administration, expertise or customer service.
