Werkstudent Process Automation & Operations (m/f/d)

Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group.

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a working student Process Automation & Operations (m/w/d). In this role, you help analyze operational processes, digitize processes and develop solutions that support our teams in day-to-day business. Together with various departments, you work on digital workflows, automations and internal tools that make processes more efficient, more transparent and scalable.

You help transfer manual processes into digital processes, absorb requirements from the operational areas and translate them into practical workflow solutions You support the analysis of processes, the identification of automation potentials and the implementation and documentation of internal tools and process solutions

You support the design, creation and optimization of workflows for our operating processes, especially with Retool and Cognigy

You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing

You have successfully completed the first semesters of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the field of economics, engineering, computer science, logistics or a comparable subject

You are interested in understanding processes, thinking structured and translating them into digital workflows

You want to work in tools such as Retool, Cognigy or comparable platforms, or ideally you will have first experiences with

You work in a solution-oriented manner, have a good technical understanding and fun to solve operational challenges together in the team
