As a Product Owner, you take responsibility for the operation and further development of the SAP Service Cloud for the Stadtwerke Düsseldorf and the network company Düsseldorf As part of the Service Design Office, you are driving developments that, in addition to customer centering, deposit on simple and automated processes in the background. You work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and to develop the best possible technical solutions taking into account the customer experience. You are a central contact person for questions about the system and coordinates application-related topics along the product life cycle. You have experience in energy management and customer service.
