Knowing educational processes in the system of integration aid in the field of school and kita You participate in help plan and cooperation talks with families, offices and institutions You accompany and coach the participation assistance gradually from a professional perspective You can help with family and new employees with knowledge and selection talks You work with the organizational part of the coordination (use planning, interface work and coordination) You help with quality and process management, e.g. protection concepts, reporting paths, dealing with suspected cases of child welfare risk You get a short orientation phase (1–2 months) accompanied by the child to build up practical insights and role understanding You will then take over predominantly co-ordinative and working activities with increasing responsibility
