Description of posts We are looking for a dedicated nursing assistant (m/w/d) for our outpatient care service in Schwerin. In this responsible position you are responsible for the individual care and care of our patients: in the home environment. They promote the patient's independence: they contribute significantly to their well-being. Tasks

• Support in basic care and patient care
• Help with mobilization and everyday design
• Documentation of services provided
• Cooperation and regular coordination

Qualifications

• First experiences in old care are desirable. A cross entrance is possible, however.
• At least have a primary school degree.
• enjoy dealing with older people in need of care.
• possess empathy, friendliness and balance and patience.
• Structured and responsible.
• Got a license class B.
