Create a customer journey: You develop cross-channel touchpoints along the B2B-Customer Journey - from awareness to conversion. Email Marketing & Automation: You build targeted campaigns – data-based, personalized and efficient via Salesforce Sales Cloud & Account Engagement (Pardot). Trade fair planning & support: You will accompany the organisation and implementation of national and international trade fairs – from the invitation campaign to the follow-up – and ensure a consistent brand appearance. Lead Generation & Nurturing: You create workflows that make enthusiastic leads from interested parties. Video content & YouTube channel: You develop video formats, take care of cutting, implementation and strategic support of our YouTube channel. Analysis & Optimization: You will test KPIs and dashboards, test and improve continuously. International exchange: cooperation with 25 branches worldwide and support for campaigns, mailings, events and trade fairs.

Complete degree in marketing, communication, media or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in B2B marketing - ideal in the technical environment Funded knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Account Engagement (Pardot) or comparable tools Experience in creating and implementing cross-channel campaigns focusing on content and automation High affinity for digital trends and data-driven marketing Very good knowledge of German and English You are proactive, structured, communicative – and have fun moving together with a strong team.
