Project Manager/Construction Manager, BESS (m/f/d)

Responsible management and control of BESS and hybrid energy projects from planning to implementation to commissioning Responsibility for appointments, costs, quality and project controlling including risk and follow-up management Coordination and control of all project participants such as customers, network operators, suppliers, service providers and subcontractors Ensure technical implementation, network connection and compliance with legal, regulatory and safety requirements Support in the further development of the BESS business area and in technical concepts and customer presentations

Complete studies in the field of electrical, energy or industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing complex energy or infrastructure projects, ideally in the field of BESS, photovoltaics or substations Funded knowledge in project and contract management as well as in the management of subcontractors and suppliers Technical understanding of energy storage, network connection and energy management systems as well as a structured and solution-oriented operation High readiness for travel within Germany and in part Austria, including regular multi-day or multi-week operations
