The research project “Nds-WiDax - Interactive data exchange between research data repository using knowledge graphs in the Lower Saxony region” funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture (MWK) aims to link data from Lower Saxony research data repository by means of a knowledge graph for researchers. This significantly increases the visibility of research data from the science site of Lower Saxony. As a scientific data steward (m/w/d), you are particularly responsible for the selection and quality assurance of (meta) data collections in the new Nds-WiDaX knowledge graphs. In close coordination with the development team, you will be able to analyze and select research data already published with a scientific-technical focus, according to the FAIR data criteria, in order to transfer these data to the scientific data base, the Leibniz Data Manager of TIB, for the construction of the science graph by means of automated interfaces. In addition, secure the mapping of imported metadata to a DCAT-based metadata scheme and check the indexing of metadata using relevant terminologies and ontologies from the TIB terminology service. After data has been imported and mapping, you will ensure the quality of the imported datasets with a focus on consistency, professional assignment, functionality of the links to the data base in the repository, as well as reusability for researchers from the field of technology and natural sciences (the focus areas of TIB). This is done in close cooperation with the specialist consultants:innen der TIB and the corresponding specialist information services (including FID move, FID Chemie and FID Physik). Your activity includes Selection and quality assurance of (meta) data collections in the new Nds-WiDaX knowledge graphs Visualization and analysis of published research data from the fields of technology and natural sciences according to the FAIR data principles and including available terminologies and ontologies in the TIB terminology service Working on the technical structure of a networked knowledge graph and its data base Close cooperation with the TIB Leibniz Data Manager as a technical and content basis Project cooperation, in particular internal and external representation of project results in the context of regular meetings and scientific conferences
