Digital Investment Solution Architect

Do you want to shape the digital money system of tomorrow in an agile, dynamic environment? In close cooperation with our central IT service provider of the Volksbanken, you set the architectural course for innovative IT solutions and are responsible for the Solution Design across several development teams. In this position, the following main tasks await you: Responsibility for the technical design and architecture of customer-centric applications in the cross-functional team (business analysts, software developers, UX experts) Development and communication of architecture standards, design principles and technical guidelines for successful implementation of innovative web applications Support and control of technological developments, including new frameworks, cloud architectures and continuous integration or Delivery processes Cooperation with the development teams in the preparation of cost estimates and evaluation of possible implementation variants (MVPs) Validation and coordination of solutions with stakeholders taking into account business needs, technical feasibility and user experience Promoting agile cooperation and active participation in our agile organisational culture

Successfully completed studies with technical or economic orientation (e.g. computer science, business informatics, engineering) Multiannual experience as Solutions Architect, IT Architect or in a comparable role, ideally in the field of web applications, cloud services and microservices architecture Knowledge of modern software architectures, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and technologiestacks such as Java, Spring Boot and Angular Experience in the application of agile methods (e.g. SCRUM) and cross-functional work with multidisciplinary teams Embossed communicative skills to understand and solve complex technical concepts with disciplines and developers A structured, coordinating working with a strong team spirit, partnership and enthusiasm for innovative technologies and digitalization
