You take over the coordination of events and continuously develop the training offered by the Spiegel authorities. Your tasks: Planning, organisation and implementation of nationwide congresses, seminars and specialist events Conception of event formats together with internal and external partners (including sales, law firms or authorities) Support of speakers, participants and service providers Design, care and further development of our website Implementation and on-site assignment to ensure the smooth running Communication and marketing measures in the form of invitations, participant management and social media

You have a successfully completed degree in BWL, tourism, event management, communication, administrative or political science As an alternative, you have a comparative qualification or a commercial training ideally with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience Organizational talent with a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility Embossed communication and team skills Sovereign dealing with MS Office and good English skills Communication strength, organizational talent and a service-oriented operation Flexibility and readiness for occasional missions
