You want to take responsibility and actively shape processes? As a leader (m/w/d) in the area of winding, you work close to production, guide your team and ensure quality, efficiency and smooth processes.

Active participation in the continuous development and optimization of process technologies and products Supporting, directing and motivating employees in the area of winding ensuring consistent compliance with all relevant regulations, in particular hygiene requirements, as well as work and operating instructions Structured planning, organisation and implementation of all work-preparing activities Monitoring and implementation of packaging tests including documentation of all relevant process parameters Continuous optimization of work processes using adjacent departments

You already have several years of experience in handling packaging machines Multiannual experience in professional staff management Ready to work in the 3-layer system You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
