Location optimizations: acquisition of location optimization and development projects taking into account operational, technical, economic and legal aspects

Decision templates: Development and implementation of comprehensive action recommendations for site projects

Transaction management: preparation, negotiation and settlement of purchase contracts for the sale of non-commercial properties and for land purchases (e.g. for the network business)

Land law: examination of all property rights issues in sales and purchases

Project communication: Contact for municipal representatives, planners and investors

Service provider control: control of external service providers in the context of project developments and sales and sales

You are enthusiastic about complex tasks and find solutions that drive the success of the team. You will also recognize yourself in the following points: Qualifications: Complete studies in architecture or civil engineering, ideally focusing on urban development; as an alternative to economic engineering or a real estate study

Professional experience: multiannual relevant experience in real estate and project development; Experience with old-loaded plots of advantage

Specific knowledge of the subject: further training on the subject and contract law; first experience with ordering usability desirable

Language knowledge: German fluent in word and writing

Ready to travel: Germany-wide, about 2–3 times a month
